Before starting this story, I want to make one thing very clear.
Anantgadh, Devraath bloodline, the palace, kingdom, surnames, and all characters in this book are completely fictional.
This story is a dark and mature royal romance containing possessive themes, toxic dynamics, obsession, dominance, and intense emotional relationships. Because of the mature nature of the story, I chose to create a completely fantasy-based royal world instead of using real cities, states, royal families, or real surnames.
Anantgadh is not a real place.
Devraath is not a real royal bloodline.
Everything is created purely for fictional storytelling and aesthetic dark-romance worldbuilding.
I wanted readers to enter a separate royal fantasy universe filled with:
ancient palaces,
dangerous royal traditions,
obsessive love,
powerful bloodlines,
and emotionally intense relationships
without connecting it to real communities, real royal families, or real locations.
This is still a mature dark romance.
But placing it inside a fictional fantasy kingdom allows the story to remain its own world where the characters, traditions, and dynamics belong only to Anantgadh.
Read it as fiction.
Escape into the fantasy.
And welcome to the world of Devraath Mahal.
