THE OBSESSION DYNAMIC

David first becomes obsessed when Eva writes an assignment analyzing obsession in literature.

One line destroys him:

He cannot stop thinking about her after that.

remembering her schedule

watching which boys talk to her

changing attendance rules so she cannot skip class

standing outside the library just to see her leave safely
